VIRGINIA – Attention Virginia medical cannabis patients! Do you have thoughts on Virginia’s medical cannabis program? Now is your chance to share them with the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (CCA).

The CCA just launched a medical cannabis patient satisfaction survey and is eager to hear about your experiences. Is the program working well for you as a medical cannabis patient? Do you have ideas about what could be better? The CCA wants to hear about it. Your feedback will inform the CCA, medical cannabis businesses, legislators, and the general public of the program’s benefits, shortcomings, and potential improvements.

“We are committed to providing the best possible experience for Virginia’s medical cannabis patients,” said Jeremy Preiss, Acting Head and Chief Officer of Regulatory, Policy, and External Affairs. “Patient feedback is important. This survey is a key tool in understanding what Virginia’s medical cannabis program does well and where it can improve. Your voice matters, and we want to hear from you.”

Since the CCA assumed regulation of the medical cannabis program in January 2024, nearly 80,000 patients have visited dispensaries in Virginia. This survey will help determine how the medical cannabis program can continue to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of these patients.

The survey is open to Virginia medical cannabis patients and takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. If you’re a medical cannabis program patient, or a parent/legal guardian or a registered agent of a patient, visit our website to take the survey.
